Elbow Grease

Does anyone know where I can get a large tub of elbow grease from?

My new XJS needs a good cut and polish from top to toe. So far I have done about half of the job and it feels like I will never finish. Next time I am buying a Mini, MG Midget, Lotus Elan anything small!

Last time I did a cut and polish on an XJS it took me all Easter weekend, the T-cut takes forever
But WELL worth it

PS I think the tubs of elbow grease are on the shelf holding striped paint, left handed screwdrivers and long weights.

I believe modern elbow grease comes with 2 legs and 2 arms a spottie face and calls the owner dad, recent research has show they make a cra_ job of your car and make you pay up all the same.

I have access to the 2 armed and 2 leddeg variety of elbow grease: my next door neighbours lad does a good job on our everyday cars but I do not trust him with my XJS.

Mine is a convertible so at least I do not have to do the roof as such. I will be using Renovo on it to give it a good clean and proofing.

I have an electric polisher but I am too scared to use it with T-Cut in case I burn through the paint.

I only have one side left to do and it is looking much better now. There are still a couple of deeper scratches that have not come out.

Just a thought Bilt Hamber advertise paint care products the flexible clay bar may bar an alternitive to T Cut www.bilthamber.com/ I am concidering this but will try it on wifes car first if you try can you let us know how it goes

I have a clay bar and this is very good at lifting off small imperfections. T-Cut and similar are good for generally removing oxidisation and small scratches.
