Hi
Has anyone tried the boot struts from SGS engineering. They seem well recommended and my existing ones are going the same way as the ones on the bonnet....
Cheers

Re: boot struts
Hello Andover59,
I have bespoke SGS struts for my hatch conversion and the guys there were brilliant helping me to obtain what I wanted.
I went with gas adjustable ones in the end as it was a bit of guess how they would work out with my hatch conversion, so not really much help to you I'm afraid. I've ended up letting lots of gas out and now have a good opening load, not too sharp after many months of trying!
I can't recommend SGS highly enough and I've suggested to numerous people to go try them.
So, go ahead and write-up your findings.
