Cabriolet Hardback Glass

I've posed this question in a few places and wonder if anyone here can help. I'm trying to locate glass for an XJ-SC hardback, or any information on who made these. If anyone has any information or even if you own one and can share the markings on the glass I'd be grateful.

The background to my interest is that I've obtained an as new hardback with no glass! I'm wondering if as a low volume item in period if to save costs the designer used an existing glass from another vehicle rather than specifying a bespoke design. If this were the case I'd stand a better chance of finding one from a breaker. If I can't find one I'll try and make one from perspex, so again if anyone has done this themselves I'd like to hear how you did it.
