Space Saver Spare Wheel

I've just acquired a nearly 3 year old Diesel XE Portfolio AWD in Ammonite Grey. As seems to be the case with most cars these days the "solution" for a puncture seems to be a can of sealant - not much use if you have a blow out or sidewall damage! I'd like to get a space saver spare but would prefer not to fork out the cash for a Jaguar supplied one. Does anyone know what size I need and if there any issues with using one with AWD? The tyres fitted are 225/40R19 on the front and 255/35R19 on the rear - does this size difference cause any other problems with a space saver?

Enjoying the car but would prefer the security of a real spare especially for travelling abroad - if we're ever allowed to do it again!!

Ignoring the Project 8 cars, there's only one spacesaver listed for all UK built XEs. It's an 18" alloy red coloured spacesaver, part number C2C18570 (£258 + VAT from Jaguar). Mine is fitted with a 115/85x 18" tyre. Like all spacesavers, it should only be used for emergencies and at low speeds so shouldn't cause any additional issues for AWD cars. Mike.

Thanks Mike. I'd certainly feel happier with a "proper" spare, especially as it's running on Dunlop Sport Maxx at the moment - maybe I should get 4!!!!
