Rear mud flaps/rain deflectors.

Has anyone got any info regarding the mini mud flap/rain deflectors fitted underneath the back of the sills please?
I lost one in heavy rain and the other came loose. I now want to get a replacement set but I’m struggling to find what they’re actually called.
The part number on the one that survived is GX7M-280E12-AA

It would seem that there’s a few moans about this in various places and some suggestion there’s a Jaguar bulletin about it but I can’t seem to find any details.
I just want to source a set – or what ever it may have been replaced with – and fix them on myself, probably using some decent adhesive as well as the seemingly silly ‘Christmas Tree’ clips.

Try 'Deflector' part numbers: RH is T4N6902; LH unit is T4N6903. The clips are part number C2S9354. The deflectors are part of the car's aero package. Mike.

Well, it took some time but I got one from David Manners in the post today.
£23.81 with P&P.
Nobody seemed to have them in stock and it seemed Jaguar weren’t in a position to supply them either. I expect they’ll blame corona like many companies do.
Anyway, I’ve got one now and just for info, the JLR part number for the LH one now seems to be T4N30527 – well that’s what stamped on the plastic bag. I’ve just got to wait for the weather to improve over the next few days and I’ll fit/re-fit both of them.

Both numbers are still listed by Jaguar. However, it may mean that supplies of the earlier numbered part have been exhausted. Mike.

Now I have this problem. The car was new in April 2021 and has only 2600 on the clock, but, the near side deflector fell off at the weekend! Really not good enough. I do not expect bits to be dropping off my new car in less than one year. It’s under warranty so will be fixed, but, how long will it last? Is the off side due to fall off soon? Not impressed JLR.

I'm inclined to agree Ian. It's almost as if they were added as an after thought and bearing in mind the battering they get from rainwater at speed, you'd sort-of expect them to be a bit more resilient.

My advice to anyone would be to check them to ensure they held on solidly, particularly after driving in heavy rain - and if they're slightly loose, reseat them with some decent impact adhesive. The pegs are re-usable if you're careful removing the old ones, though new after-market ones are not expensive. Otherwise expect around 50 quid or thereabouts for a new set of deflectors.

I was in two minds about just leaving them off altogether but decided that on balance they must have a purpose even if that wasn't immediately obvious to me.
