Air con odd problem. Facelift 4l 1992

Aircon air temperature is nice and cold but it's only coming through very slowly regardless of the fan speed. The fans sound like they are working just fine, the speed is variable but the volume of air getting to the vents is very low. Any clues on where to start looking. Local garage diagnosed "lazy fans" but I this doesn't seem right.

All working OK before the winter lay-up.

All hints and tips greatfully received.

Could well be stuck flaps, they like being excercised regularly,

May also be that only one fan is working?

I'd go stuck flaps. Thump the top of the dash in the area immediately above the face vents (obviously avoiding damaging any part of your person)

Hi all,

Thanks for that people , I'll go for the wack on the dash first to see if that frees the vent otherwise full KWE fix … Both fans working well.
