Serial car buyer strikes again.

It had to happen. I decided the XJ was not the right car for me in view of the short runs and low annual mileages. So, after two years, it’s back to petrol. Jag number 8 in 11 years! Gone from top of the range to entry level. XE R Dynamic P250 S. Now done 800 miles and I am pleasantly surprised. The new XE is a much improved car over the older ones I have driven. Once I hit 1500 miles it will be fully run in and have oil and filter change. Then, we’ll see what the 4th generation ingenium engine can do. Watch this space. Meantime, pics attached of the new XE.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for sharing your car with us.
It looks great.
I especially like that interior colour,I'm normally a big fan of Ivory or Cream for the leather but that looks wonderful.
I wish you much enjoyment with the car.
Take care and stay safe.
Andy :D .

Excellent choice! I've just been away for a few days for the first time in 18 months and revelled in the precise handling of my XE S. I'd forgotten just how good it is, and with decent ride quality too. It's Jaguar magic! :D Mike.

Hi Ian,
It is good to hear that people are able to get out again - post lockdown. I too have been able to enjoy my XE again and have been able to re-connect with the smooth ride and enjoy the power of re refined Diesel engine modest by some standards by enjoyable all the same.
Kind regards
Paul
