Hi, I inserted the usb sat nav update stick. It was fine until 35% then all of a sudden said it had a problem.
It gave option of cancel only. So did that, then it said it has paused do you want to eject or cancel. So I said cancel. It then looked like it resumed, but after another 40 mins it still says 35%…. Anyone else had this issue? I’m reluctant to take usb out as it says not to….help most appreciated!

If there is an option to eject select that, and then try downloading it again. It does seem to glitch quite frequently….

Ah ok, thanks Andy, I did see that but I pressed cancel . I will see what happens when I start her Up again..
If it says “eject” again does that mean I take the usb out and re-insert it? Only it says not to!

Yes I probably would and erase the stick and start again from scratch.

Re: Usb sat nav update stuck at 35%
Ok, for info to others.. do not take stick out.
Instead if it comes up “encountered a problem etc@ just cancel and then stop the car and turn off. Wait 5 mins, then re start the ignition. Make sure the red light is flashing in the stick. Wife said it was best with the console open and you can see what it’s doing.
Not sure if the stick transfers to the module via wireless so it may be if it’s closed it cannot transmit?
You can stop and start as many times as you want, but just make sure it’s flashing. I did not take out.
Once done you have to follow the instructions to take it out, which involves locking the car up for 15 mins before re-entering. So bear that in mind… a new module is rather expensive!
