Volt meter on dash reads below 13v & Drops with brake press

Fault solved by cleaning main bus bar rail in engine bay and removing 4 pin plug in ignition switch cable. Volt meter now reads 14v for the first time since i have had the car. The volt meter no longer drops with brake pressed as seen in video link

What is the bus bar rail you are referring to. Mine is an AJ16 and I don't see it (unless I'm looking in the wrong place of course). Did clean the 4 pin connector and that alone made a bit of a difference. Thanks for the advice.
