High Level Stop / Brake Lamp for Celebration Coupe?

Am I right in assuming that the lugs for mounting the brakelights were part of the original rear window glass and not a separate item. Brian H and myself devised an alternative to mount ours as our cars had no lugs on the glass.

Sorry for delay in replying to you. I think you are right, but they can be taken off the window, which is how I got my lugs - here is a photo showing more detail than the one in my earlier post. You can see the residue of the glue used to attach the lugs to the original window - this comes off OK with a sharp knife.
