Hi Nick - they are held in with plastic clips that go through the bracket and into holes at the back of the unit. Once you've got the unit off you'll see there is one plug at the back. Push the tab in on the long side and the plug will pull out.

Thanks David - Worked the plastic clip bit out but just couldn't see the plug and not wanting to cause damage, went no further. Did try pressing in the long side but was a tad tight and not being sure, again not wanting to cause damage went no further. Will have a further attempt during the week.

Nick - there are 2 plastic clips in the back of the unit. They are the plastic rivet type with a centre peg that pulls out to release it.
Once the unit is free then pulling the plug out will be much easier.
