I'm not sure who've you tried but IMO the 3 people to go to for late XJS used parts are:

Graham Hallett at Grublogger
Andy Harvey at Just XJS
Clarkes of Sussex

Are you sure that the motor is shot? Those rear motors often just need new brushes or even a knock with a hammer!
