XJ6 series 1 '72MY rear bench

Bit of a strange one this as trimmer now preparing for my Owen Sedanca's cabin re-install. He's given up on my rear bench seat that's got springs too rusted and a fracture to the frame:

I've found what I'm told are a set of series 1 rears. Are they?
Seller is willing to sell the bench only:

Trimmer says don't buy, does not match. Does anyone recognise what I've got if it's not XJ6 series 1 bench
The series III rear bench from an underside pic I've seen doesn't have springs at all, just foam. (?)
But not being an original series XJ6 guru myself would welcome your knowledge...

Only some Series III VDP cars had the option of 2 separate seats in the rear so they are not series 1 seats in the pic. Mike.

More encyclopediac knowledge! Thanks again I've got one pic coming of a rear bench underside from Barrow -- hopefully it'll save me from a 660 mile hike to collect (less £50 courier)

Yeah, that's the one I got offered as XJ6 but isn't, it's Daimler as yours. Apparently JDS were the only spec to offer individual rear benches

Went down to the trimmers again on Friday so just waiting on confirms from Barrow for the below find:
