Drivers seat/ Right hand.

Hello again,
Ive decided to improve the comfort and look of my driving seat, and after taking advice from a local car trimers, have purchased the "seat cushion " from Jaguar via S N G Barratt. Question is, has anyone had experience in replacing the padding under the leather seat. The part is a mould in hard foam , and includes the raised side squabs, so really its just a case of releasing the leather cover and removing the old one. Can't see any obvious clips underneath, Any suggestions please.
