Hello all,
I am still enjoying my great car, (only had it 6 weeks) just driveing it and looking at the reflection in shop windows?? then onto the motorway.
Now to the point, can anyone tell me how the speedo is calibrated,
its a 1995 car from the USA. Dose it show US or UK miles.
I would like to check the fuel consumtion.
Thanks.
Peter Rushen.

There is no difference between a US and a UK mile. However, a US gallon is less than a UK gallon.

A US Gallon is very close to 4 litres as near as damn it, so approx 1/2 litre less than a UK gallon :)

HI Jon
Thank you for the info, now I can look at the MPG, or rather here its MPL,
It doesn’t have the same ring to it?
Peter.

Just remember, when you floor the pedal, all Jaguars suffer from petroleum constipation

They struggle to pass a filling station

Enjoy :D

Are you sure you mean "constipation"?
