This might interest somebody on here, saw it while trawling ebay for some elusive bits i want.

think buying a complete car to get them might be a bit of an extravagent move.
So if you fancy a nice car have a look.

A very quick car (388bhp)

Hmm a bit optimistic from a 3.6 of an older design. That sort of power to capacity ratio is around BMW M3 territory. The tow bar spoils it as well.

I must admit that i am extremely dubious of the quoted power, I would think if they are lucky they might be more likely to get 288?
And then i think they would be lucky.
Didnt see any mention of the head having any work done, as far as i know one of the main area you get power gains would be from the head.
unless of course you whack on a nice turbo or supercharger.
I'm also wondering with these suposed power increases, did they uprate the brakes? lets hope so.
dont think its a bad car though, long as you take the bhp with a pinch of salt.

The tow bar would worry me, but for the right money it will be a nice XJ-S example to have. Yup - 388 hp is very unlikely; my money would on around 280 hp at best. Should be quick though...

I think somebody got a bargain there with the amount of work it has had done. I don't like the tow bar but the car looks good.
Hopefully the new owner will join the club or maybe already is :D
