Twin Headlight Conversion?

I am thinking of fitting twin headlights to my 1995 XJS but can anyone tell me if what happens about the headlight washer which seems to be located in the centre of the headlight, is it just a case of trying to point it to one or the other of the new lights? or is it more complicated than that?
