Merry Christmas!

As the light starts to fall here in Kent, we still have a lot of snow and ice and many side roads are still impassable. I got the XJ8 out of my estate on the day the snow fell with the help of seven other people pushing and trying to get some traction on the rear wheels. And since then I haven't managed to get the car back within 1/2 mile of my house! I'm having to park it up and trudge home each day in my wellies!
So tomorrow morning, I'll don a flying jacket, load up the XJS with the presents, put the hood down and enjoy the crisp winter weather. I also suspect the XJS will be significantly safer on the roads than my LWB XJ8 which is incapable of holding traction in the current conditions!
So, to all BB members, thank you for your participation and contributions on the BB in 2009. May you and your families have a great Christmas and New Year!
Drive safely
