XJS-blowers

Although heat come through when moving the blowers don,t work--neither of them---both fuses ok.
fuse for A/C relay was blown--replaced with 20 amp monentarly-engine slows dramatically presumable as compressor clutch engages--is this seized compressor---is there any connection to blowers
