Haynes Manuals

I have the Jaguar workshop manual with the 4.0 supplement.

What other manuals are a good idea to have for the enthusiastic DIY mechanic?

Are the Haynes manuals any good for the later type XJS?

i'm afraid Haynes dont do one for the XJS

they did a ' you and yours ' but no real mechanical dismantling info is involved

some of the basics can be got from the XJ6 Haynes manual, but its not that good

You might want to download that Kirby palms experience in a book download, you can get from a few places on line.
There is another yank chap i did a post about a good while ago who has produced some good stuff but cant remeber his name or site off the top of my head.
Something like bernard ebstein?? maybe some one else knows who i am on about.

Great site thanks for the tip.

I already have the "jag lovers" book which is more of an organised index of forum postings than a book but still very useful all the same.
