Cheers Jed, will give them a bell later, hopefully it will be with a made with a better material than the original biscuit/shell.
maybe fibreglass or plastic.

Hi paul, that compressed nonsense Jaguar used to use as a shell to bond the material to is replaced by a fiberglass unit which is moulded from a original jaguar item before it fell to pieces i believe it came with the material already bonded to it and all the holes already drilled for the sun visors/mirror fixings and a new surround for the interior light all fitted perfectly,the only tricky part was recovering the bolsters above the doors and the rear window pilar cards(material supplied) ,but with patientce i managed it alright Ill have to take a piccy and see if i can post it on ere
if you tell them your interior trim code they can match the colour to that ACE JOB !!
