My n/s door lock only unlocks with the central locking intermittently, I took it in last week to main Jaguar dealer who lubricated it but next day still the same, oh except now n/s electric window has stopped working (coincidence?)

Any suggestions for a fix or a local to Malvern area reliable Jag specialist please.
