MOT and Service

I bought my first Jag last year, a 5.3 V12 XJS Convertible. Seemed like a good idea at the time and I love driving around posing in it. 
The problem is that my mechanical abilities are limited ( I used to do all the work on my old Landrover but these fancy Jags are hard work!), my time is even more limited plus I have managed to destroy my back over the past 50 years (probably changing the Landrover gearbox).
Anyway, the MOT is due this month and I am not getting to drive the Jag as much as it deserves (or needs!). So I am faced with either getting rid of it or getting somebody else to maintain it for me.
Does anybody know of a garage around the South Manchester/Knutsford/Northwich areas which knows how to treat Jags properly?
