Badgers do not fit under an XJS

They certainly don't, not even after already having been squashed. A couple of weeks ago I came across one in the middle of the road that had already been recently flattened by someone else.

I couldn't avoid it due to traffic coming the other way and held the steering wheel tight as Brock disappeared underneath and the multiple thumps from under my car convinced me that his last legacy was to take some effect on my wallet.

Luckily, the front spoiler survived, but there was a distinct trail of white and black fur attached to various underneath structures. With the increase in spring temperatures the last few days, I noticed a change in smell away from the normal Connelly leather and warm engine oil to something much less unpleasant so today was a case of jack the car up, marigolds on and get plucking.

Not a pleasant job and I doubt I will look at my shaving brush in the same way again. Sorry if you were about to have dinner, but next week I hope to have a receipe for tenderised Pheasant. :D

Is this part of the Government effort to cull them? Death by XJS?

Foxes do the same thing, but my spoiler did't survive :(
