Well done both, mine managed a clean pass two weeks ago as well. Looks like we're all set for the summer :D

The worst MOT`s are the ones when you present a newly aquired car for the first test in your ownership. the case for me in January with my 350R. despite best efforts prior to the test, there is often something that you didn`t get to due to lack of time or vile weather causing impossible working conditions.

On this occasion, lack of EPB pad material and a slight caliper bleed nipple caused a failure but fortunately easily addressed. Next years test should be a bit easier.

Well done Al. Look forward to seeing the new paint job.

Thanks Mike, I changed the timing of MOTs from mid-winter some years ago for the same reason, it's no fun crawling underneath the car in December.

I'm hoping to get to Kemble next Saturday, I don't suppose the Pompey crew have a breakfast day? perhaps at Mick's Monster Burger Bar by the Churchillian pub or the Bayside cafe on Stokes Bay. Just a thought.

A bit late for us to get organised but I`d be happy to meet anyone at Micks Monster Burger van in the car park on either next Saturday or Sunday next week for breakfast. Good solid grub available.

If anyone is interested, let me know. asap. The van is in the car park opposite the Churchillian Pub on Portsdown Hill on the top of the South Downs overlooking Portsmouth. Easy access from the Portsmouth M27 junction.

Are you up for that, Al?

I work Sundays at the railway but most Saturdays are free. Mick's monster jawbreaker burgers are not for those of a delicate nature.

Maybe after Easter?, I'm sure a few local members would enjoy a meet up.

Passed today with a couple of 'verbal' advisories; offside headlight loose which the guy sorted and hazard light indication not working but he let it go as it can clearly be heard.
A clean sheet, result!
