Steering wheel color

Doing some restoration on my 2006 X-Type. Interior trim code is "NED". I have online sources to buy a new steering wheel but the colors are confusing. Anyone know the leather color of this wood/leather wheel?

NED is Ivory but I doubt that's the colour of the steering wheel.
If you could post a picture we might be able to help a bit more

Hi - not sure what colour that is. I was half expecting it to be Warm Charcoal (LEG) but that's not what you've got. I have a brochure somewhere and I'll see if that gives any clues.
By the way, if it were me I would strip and recolour the leather. I'm assuming that the wear on the leather is the reason you'd like to change it? It could be that retreating the leather may be much easier and cheaper than replacing the wheel?

Thanks. I’ve checked with upholsterers here in Houston, Texas & the cost of refurbishing would be close to that of a new wheel. Also, I’m told that there would be no guarantee of success. I plan on keeping the car indefinitely so a new one seems the logical choice. I just want to get the correct one.

You can buy kits online. I got one from Amazon last year and it's fairly easy to do with a little care and testing with mixing the right colour. The kit was only £15 great results and still looks good now.

Sorry - I said I'd look it out for you in a brochure I have from the period but I forgot to look and now I'm away on business.
I have recoloured steering wheels before and got very good results. It just takes care and patience. I'd suggest looking at www.furnitureclinic.co.uk which has some useful guides on how to repair leather and also sells kits with all you'll need to do the job yourself.
As I say, it can be done with care and patience and it's also very satisfying!

I've now dug out the brochure I kept from when I bought one of these cars new in 2009.
As you see from the picture below of the standard trim combinations, Ivory (NED) leather came with Oyster (AMT) fascia and the steering wheel would be the same colour.
Here's a picture of the relevant pages in the brochure. Please bear in mind that this is a UK spec brochure from 2009 and yours may be different.

Furniture Clinic do supply a leather repair kit in this colour
