Both seats purportedly came from S Types. The blue seat has the recliner pivot at the base of the squab, the red one has the recliner mounted further forward and facing backwards. The front of the red squab is also shallower. Can anyone shed any light?

I've since sussed that the red seat is from an S Type at least an early one. Does anyone with a later S have the same recliner arrangement as the blue seat, or is this in fact a 420 seat?
