Handbrake gaiter

Hi all
I am aware that the Celebration XJS has a leather cover/gaiter fitted to the handbrake. I also just noticed the last V12 XJS has one too.
Were these borrowed from the Xj40 or x300 or made specifically for the xjs. Further to that is the handbrake lever itself from another model?
