this involved removal of the ski slope , under there is the fibre optic unit for the heater control illumination and the ignition switch and lighting switch , also the gear selector indicator lamp , and the cigar lighter
the hardest part of the job was the removal of the switches in the ski slope and not to break the fixing tabs etc, so gently gently it was....
the fibre optic unit takes a bayonet lamp fitting, same as the cigar lighter illumination , the gear selector illumination needs a 501 wedge lamp ,
results are great, a nice sharp light for the gear selector , and the fibre optics work much better with the white light from the LED's
