What's the correct radio for a German market 1987 Cabriolet?

A friend has acquired a low-mileage LHD XJ-S Cabriolet, which is in more than good condition, but...
... one of the previous owners swapped the factory original radio for a fancy-shmancy modern aftermarket unit.
My mate wants to get it back to original, but can't find his way through the labyrinth of head units used on the XJ-S across different models and build years. I did some digging, but couldn't help.
So here we go: what would be the correct factory-spec radio for a 1987 German-market (supplied by the dealership in Munich) 5.3 Cabriolet?
