Yet another XJS in France

Bought the lovely fellow in the UK (RHD) and joined in August and recently drove home, without any problems, to Aquitaine, South West France.

1990 3.6 Coupe, burgundy red, 76000 miles. "The Cat" has passed the French MOT today and will shortly have the new type of French number plates.

Benefitting greatly from being a member and suppliers and JEC consultants, so far, have been great. My french Wife loves the car and appreciates, already, the "lament", in this months mag.

Hope to be in contact with many of you since there is the normal amount of work to be done, mostly by myself.

Welcome to the club and I'm sure the car will enjoy its new home. It would be great if you could join the 'Entente Cordiale' trip next June. We need more French members to participate. Full details will be available soon in the mags. The base for 2010 is to be Besancon.

You mentioned Besoncon trip above in November but apologies just realised that I have not answered you.

Contacted Organisers but they wanted same price for 4 days (half trip) joining in Besoncon as for a full trip so backed off. Pity.
