A late hello

Thought I would just say hello after being a member since 2015. Didn't realise but i'm a paid up member now.
I have had Jags most of my life, work permitting, mostly newer cars last one being an XKRS lovely car.

Lost the love of the new stuff now and favouring the older cars this is my 1989 XJS looks as good underneath too.

Did its first 20,000 miles with its first owner and the remainder with its late owner up until I bought it. Would love a series 2 to add to the garage sometime too.

Would be good to see some more pics of it. That registration looks very familiar. Has the car been in the club magazine, or other publication?

Hi Paul.
Not Sure if you have seen it before, that reg I hope was the original one from 89 the 2nd owner bought it I think 4 years later would have to check that.
2nd owner changed the reg to the family business/surname based reg and put around 3500 miles on it in 30 years, must of liked looking at it as I do.

Unfortunately he passed away this year and the family sold it on to me. I think if I turned up with the correct money and the wrong attitude they wouldn't have sold it to me. Defo wanted it to go to a good home.

I do send pictures back of the car to them just to say she's ok.

Car was Bristol based.
