Windscreen washers stopped working on F-TYPE coupe

Hi, any advice please....my windscreen and headlight washes have stopped working on my BDE F-TYPE...2017MY..
It has been at a main dealers for around 8 hours with no resolve yet...I did see a possible fix from another F-TYPE forum which said the cause was the front water bottle level sensor failing to tell the rear water bottle to supply water to it..I suggested this to the Jaguar dealership and they tried it...but it didn't resolve the issue on my car..(not sure how they tried the front sensor because the front o/side wheel and wheel arch liner was not removed!) I am taking it back to the dealers for them to carry on fault finding the issue...anyone had similar experiences? Any advice gratefully received...many thanks..

Hi all, apologies for not following up on my windscreen washer issue..
After the previous visits to the main dealer, they requested I leave the car with them again but for three days this time, as they believe the fault to be a wiring issue which results in the removal of rear bumper etc...After two days I had a call saying the fault was fixed and ready for collection, and indeed it was a broken wire in the loom at the rear!
When I collected the car however, I noticed the rear bumper wasn't fitted correctly as there was a noticeable gap where the outside shroud fitted...
A frustrated talk to the service manager and after another three hour wait, the bumper was fixed correctly...with lots of apologies from the service manager...Still their coffee and biscuits are nice!!!!

Glad it's fixed. Sadly, any model's reputation hangs on the quality of its dealers and their staff. Mike.
