Packing for an 8 day Scottish trip.

After studying the capacious boot in our convertible I came up with this packing plan.
Each day's clothing is in a separate sealed bag (labled in my case, OCD) and then stacked on either side of the car boot.
This left space for our day red bag ( whatever that is?) a couple of coats & hats, we are off to north of Scotland, and 4 pairs of shoes each.
Each stopover we only need the red bag and one clothing bag each.

Call it OCD or just good planning, I came up with a similar strategy for our recent two week tour to the Italian Riviera, worked a treat.
