XF aluminium door trim

I've recently bought a 2011 XF and my wife has managed to make two dents in the front nearside door aluminium trim (the piece with the speaker grille over the handle). Is it possible to buy this piece separately or would a new door card be needed? I can't seem to find any parts online other than the entire door card. Thanks
