Any suggestions on how I can prevent my leather dashboard surface reflecting onto the windscreen?

The dashboard on my X350 XJ has the same problem when driving into strong sunlight even though it is (almost matt) black. I find that wearing decent Polaroid sunglasses stops all the annoying reflections (cool, dude!)
