I have a slight problem in that the rotating aluminium facia of the passenger near side air vent has come unglued and is catching on the edge of the aperture as it rotates shut. I have two questions that I'd love some help with:
1. Is it possible to stop the vent from rotating mid travel so that I can get some glue to it?
2. If the above isn't possible and I have to remove the facia panel that holds the vent, do I need to disconnect or isolate the passenger air bag somehow. I don't want to be setting any airbags off.
Would really appreciate the benefit of someone's experience.
