Tyre issue

I'm looking for some advice. Due to my own stupidity I realise that I have 3 tyres with about 8mm tread and one with 4mm. The odd pair on on the rear. I wonder if I should resolve by buying a new tyre to replace the one with 4mm or just leave and replace the pair when that tyre is down to say 2mm. The tyres are Pirelli P Zeros.

With winter coming I suggest that maximum rubber depth is the way to go, especially on the rears. 8mm is virtually a new tyre. Match it with a new one.

Re Tyre Issue
I would ask the question why the odd tyre as well as replacing it for a new one like for like (P Zeros 8mm is virtually new) Is the camber and castor setting ok for that wheel or did you just replace the others and kept that one having more tread . I had a failed tie-rod on my nearside rear which caused premature tread wear.
