Help after flat battery

Hi, I need some help, car (X250 2014) is supposed to be going to Swallows tomorrow for a service, but it has a flat battery and whilst boot is now open and battery on charge, it doesn’t seem to respond to either key fob, any suggestions on what to do? Google search seems to list pre facelift cars? Thanks in advance

Seems to have resolved it, by holding faith!!
Car was parked against a wall that made passenger side entry a little tricky, but now in and all seems well
