Simple question - I think

I haven't found anywhere where there is a list of all the messages which might come up; is a warning displayed in the event of bulb failure?

Hello Eddie
The quick answer is NO, I had a headlamp dipped beam had Failed at my last MOT, not annunciated at all to me on the dash before leaving the the car at the MOT testers place. I also had rear number plate lights failed without any indication on the dashboard. The tester changed the bulbs as a matter of course and I only knew about them by reference to my bill. It passed it's MOT of course as a result of the testers approach. Pretty useless really by Jaguar even my MINI tells me when a bulb fails.

Thanks for that, it's important to know - I'll have to make sure I actually have a look for time to time.

I am surprised - as I was (pleasantly) when I got a message telling me that the battery in the key fob needed changing, yet it can't tell me that a light has failed, which my 32 year car can. I suppose with keyless go the battery in the key fob is seen as more important.
