Reversing Camera - Blue Screen

Has anyone had experience of the reversing camera failing to a blue screen. Obvious culprit is a break in the boot wiring loom which I can check out but if there’s another possibility any guidance would be appreciated.

Definitely the first thing to check, many problems documented due to the boot loom.

Problem fixed. Replaced boot loom section of wiring harness. It’s an easy DIY job, the most difficult part is getting the trim fixings to release. Took less than an hour.
I added additional tape on the section that has to flex as this showed signs of abrasion where it passed through the boot lid bodywork. I also took one of the rubber grommets from the scrap loom and added this to protect the new loom where it passed through an unprotected hole.

Going to purchase a boot wiring loom just wondered is it wise to go through Jaguar Main Dealer (are they all different)for certain models OR the ones on Web sites for sale are good enough.Thank you.

I used genuine Jaguar replacement part. Sorry no knowledge of alternatives.

Mike I would guess you would have to go for an aftermarket one.... check out eBay
There are some Bluetooth devices around now which saves a lot of wiring.
