3.0 v6 engine removal and rebuild

Looking for step by step engine removal instructions

Or

Advice who can efficiently do this as my timing has slipped resulting in it now running on 4 cylinders (after being timed up again) fault was on tensioner

I looked at rebuild offers on eBay but don’t want to be half at random once car is in bits for a new lump as reviews imply this happens

Any advice appreciate
