DPF Issues

Not even sure if I am under the right section here but I have an issue with my 'PDF full' warning message on the dash. Normally, if i take it for a 20 minute run keeping it above 30mph (as the handbook advises), this clears it, but tonight i have been up and down the M621 for over an hour never letting it go below 70 let alone 30 and it just will not clear. Anyone got any ideas as to why or more importantly, how I can clear it?
