Jaguar XKR100 Convertible 2001

Hi there,
I’m looking for parts for my 2001 XKR and I’m struggling with a few as they seem to either be out of stock long term or aren’t made any longer. Could anyone offer up suggestions of where to look please?
1. Door waste seals for both driver and passenger.
2. Passenger side door mirror glass with the black surround. Only managed to find an after market but doesn’t come with the black surround.
3. Passenger side front headlamp assembly. Always out of stock at SNG Barratt.

Pre-covid, the club persuaded Jaguar Classic to reintroduce XK8 door waist seals. Whether that stock has now been exhausted, it isn't possible to say but they were there, available from main dealers, albeit at very high prices. If you scan this forum, you will see several stories about cheaper aftermarket replacements and their success or otherwise.
Again, Jaguar still lists door mirror glasses for the XK8 (there are several variations including electrochromic ones). Aftermarket alternatives may not be identical with the originals but are likely to be cheaper.
XK8 headlamps: there are halogen, (some without headlamp wash facilities) and xenon versions as well as the usual RHD and LHD varieties. Some of these have become unavailable from Jaguar. Others are still listed. As above, only dealers can tell you if there is current stock. Breakers, like Autoreserve, Eurojag and Dave Roche are good sources of second hand units. Mike.

The black plastic surround to the door mirrors peals off easily and can be fitted to after market replacement mirrors.
