Well worth checking to ensure the gearbox sump/filter and oil has been changed at the 60k service. A quick look at the gearbox sump should reveal a new sump in pristine condition. This is a ZF service recommendation which will ensure a longer gearbox life.....old oil will quickly shorten life expectancy!
