I have been emailing back and forth with an executive at Zytek who was at TWR when the xj220s were being built. I asked if there were any more diagnostic kits in someone's drawer or whether Zytek could build a few more kits. They still have an xj220 test area. His response was that he was keen to do it, but had to discuss it with some other people, and it had to make business sense.

So there is a possibility that new diagnostic kits for the xj220 may come along. I will keep this post updated as I hear anything.
