Xk140 PEDAL BOX

I have a XK140 FHC and 6'4"Tall. Looking to get some extra leg room, has anyone done this. I have looked at what is offered in the UK via Coventry Classics Jaguar and Twyfords with their complete 3 pedal box. I have also seen a US product a pivot pedal by a restorer called Gassman, seen a youtube video but can not find anything on their website. Any info on this would be great.
