S type Cooling System

Hi Mike,
I started draining the Anti Freeze today and have only managed to drain off 11pts of 18pts total.
I certainly don't expect to get it all out but would have hoped for rather more.

I was looking at the heater control valve, can you tell me if the two cylinders are solenoids or mini electric motors? I guess these two control left/right cabin zone heating.

I'm hoping that with ignition on and selecting MAX hot that I can hear the motors zizz open or clonk if soleniods and perhaps drain off a little more.

I'm certainly not going to start disturbing hoses
