Wanted: Heated air intake tube

Hello
Has anybody got a spare heated cross over tube and associated bits and pieces please? (manifold cover and air filter box etc) I believe these were not fitted to series 3 cars like my 3.4 litre but I am trying to squeeze as much mpg from my investment as I can!
