Falken are recommended by KWE for the XJ-S, so wonder if their 215/65 R15 ZIEX ZE914 EcoRun would be a suitable alternative to 205/70 R15 for a S1. They are H rated but my insurer is happy with this.

I run a 2017 xf and have just replaced my tyres I use landsal and this is the fourth set I had 2 sets on preveouse xf and I ran a set on a rover 75 and iwas very pleased with their performance never failed to get 30000 miles per set not like the pirrelies on my first jaguar they only maid 22000 and it was not the tread that was worn they deteriated beween the tread and started to deflate intil 1 gave out completely and what was worse I could not use the repair system so for a good tyre on a budget have a look at leansal tyres

Seems like there has been an update, the Falken Ziex ZE310 Ecorun is the successor of the ZIEX ZE914 ECORUN. Looking for ggod value tyres that aren't van or SUV. Not up to paying over a grand for a set of vintage repros.
